Link Visiting The Link Visiting Scheme is a local charity focussed on confronting the effects of loneliness and social isolation, mainly among older people - our Link Friends. Summer bowls at Hurst has been one our most popular activities for a number of years, and we approached Whiteknights in 2018 to investigate extending this to the winter months.
“Our first year was a great success! Staff at Whiteknights were always helpful, our Link Friends loved it, and the break for tea and cakes made for a great afternoon out! Huge thanks to Andy and the team at Whiteknights.” John Mallaghan, Trustee, Link Visiting Scheme
